GENERAL
Once you have chosen your perfect pair and the payment is through, we make sure that the package is on your way within a day. Delivery period for Serbia and former Yugoslavian republics is usually up to a week, whereas Europe and US deliveries might take up to a month.
- Orders placed on a weekday before 2:00 p.m. (CET) will generally begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (CET) will generally begin processing the next business day.
- For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will generally begin processing on the next business day (M-F). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
- Once the order is placed and the payment is through, the package will be on your way within a day.
- If the requested size isn’t available at the moment, the delivery might take up to two weeks.
- Made to order items might take longer to deliver counting the time needed to produce the item requested.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- We are excited to offer international shipping to most international countries.
- Once the order is placed you will receive an email with payment information and shipping expenses.
- Duties and taxes aren’t calculated and are covered by you.
- Delivery period for Western Balkan countries is up to two weeks whereas for other European/World countries it might take up to a month.
- Made to order items might take longer to deliver counting the time needed to produce the item requested.
- If the requested item isn’t available at the moment, the delivery might take longer.
