  • Please note that damaged or worn shoes will not be accepted and the money will not be refunded.
  • Please note returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.

NEED TO EXCHANGE?

  • We try our best to help you choose the right shoe size, but if, once you have received your pair, it isn’t a perfect fit, you are free to contact us at ana@anapopovicshoes.com and arrange an exchange for a pair in another size. This option is available for two weeks upon package delivery for orders in Serbia and former Yugoslavian republics. For Europe and US orders exchange isn’t available.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Please note that worn or damaged shoes won’t be accepted.
  • Package must include both shoes and the original shoebox in its original condition.
  • Returning shoes in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox cannot be accepted and will be sent back.
  • Please note returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  • We kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed.
  • Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s card.

RETURNING A GIFT YOU RECEIVED?

  • Gifts can be be exchange for another AP Shoes or can be refunded in the form of store credit. Please email us at ana@anapopovicshoes.com for further instructions.
